This has nothing to do with ur assets been to expensive, I even bought ur new model for full price and are satisfied with it, its more because u changed the price without first giving the information to us on this forum, thats very bad support from ur side, and thats what I dont understand, I check this forum frequently for news and updates, u said u had uploaded the new models just w8 1-2 days, well thats fine u just forgot to mention all the price would suddenly change from 50$ to 150$ and so on, for me the price was very expensive already thats why I havent been able to buy them all yet, but after the price gap I feel like been ripped off and are now in a dilemma whether I have to go for other peoples work or not.. Ive spent more than 650$ on ur assets, and still ongoing, but u are really loosing me now because of the bad move that feels like a kick in head  Ive sent u an email, please consider my offer and get back to me. |

First off, to me, your prices appear to be fairly reasonable for what you are offering. The quality looks great. I also think you should be compensated for your work, to support your own game making endeavors and so you can continue to provide more quality assets for those that don’t have the time, money or skill to create them ourselves.
It looks like your Boss Collections are selling really well, Currently 4th, 5th, and 7th in the top ten grossing Creatures category. Price doesn’t appear to be an issue for everyone.
Unfortunately for me I can’t afford them at their current prices. If you want to reduce the prices, maybe that will sway me to buy some but it would have to be a hefty discount. If you had a 50% off sale, I imagine I’d bite.
I think it is the bundles that are the problem. Assuming each character is of equal value in a bundle (which likely isn’t true), it would appear the average regular character is about $30, bosses a bit more, maybe $80. Perfectly reasonable, though I couldn’t afford all of the ones I would want. If I could purchase the ones I want individually, I would. I don’t really understand the bundle anyways. It’s a bit gimmicky. Just bundle them for convenience rather than some price advantage and let me decide what I want to buy.
Here is how I calculate your prices per individual character.
Complete Fantasy Monster Pack ($425 / 21 = $20.24)
Fantasy Monster Horror ($125 / 4 = $31.25)
Fantasy Monster Nersir ($125 / 4 = $31.25)
Fantasy Monster Turtle ($125 / 4 = $31.25)
Fantasy Monster Madrat ($95 / 3 = $31.67)
Fantasy Monsters: ($150 / 4 = $37.50)
Killer Gorillas ($100 / 4 = $25.00)
Wolf Warriors ($95 / 3 = $31.67)
Lizardman Collection (95 / 4 = $23.75)
Zombie Collection ($250 / 3 = $83.33)
Fish Soldier 1 ($225 / 4 = $56.25)
Fish Soldier 2 ($150 / 2 = $75.00)
Stone Golems ($175 / 4 = $43.75)
Aquarium Monsters ($150 / 4 = $37.50)
Boss Collection 1 ($275 / 5 = $55.00)
Boss Collection 2 ($200 / 3 = $66.67)

What do you feel when you've waited and finally have enough to buy something then the price doubles without notice.
I really hope you can do a short term 50% sale for the assets so us who've missed the chance can get them.

I have been saving money too and checked out this forum very often for updates, but then out of nowhere, the next day, this guy sets the price up 300%, and now offer to set it down 20%. what a joke. This support sucks man!!! put the price down to regular just in one day, and only write it here in the forum so only we supporters know it. It sucks pretty hard to know that it was 300% cheaper just a moment ago  . Otherwise you just lost a cutsomer, because i think you are too greedy... very very bad support. |

If you appreciate what me and the company providing to all unity users, say something reasonable and real. I don't want to sound too pedantic but I'm doing this to support the company but to provide assets to you guys in reasonable price.
We are professionals. We only deliver the best. If you are looking for low quality custom work, please do get that.

Do You know why I havent bought all the assets yet? Because YOU stated in febuary that you would uploaded 46 new models or something within that month, so I waited, and waited and waited for it, just to see how the new models would look like, and compare them to the old models and then decide what to buy, NO ONE said anything about a price change, and you didn't upload 46 models, if you did upload the new models and didn't change the price I would still have bought some of the old models, if you did upload the new models for 400 price then its still fine with me, even when you ignored our post about asking how the price would be for the new models in that thread.
We are people who supported you, and checked your forum on a daily basis, we deserve to know things like the pricing, thats called support, what you did here sir is really bad marketing, you think you can rip off people who already bought some of your assets, and know that they're waiting for the new assets so they can compare them, you gave them no chance to compare, you just raised the price, thats not how we do things in Europe, doing that kind of things wont let your existing customers buy your asset, they will leave you, like Im about to do, and you get 0, for something you could have copied for 0 and sell for regular price you would still earn something.
Yes you have good quality asset, but thats not the point, your starting price is your regular price, and if your are going to raise the regular price by 100% then you NEED to give the existing forum users a notice, if you dont support me I wont support you, we dont live in Asia where people go around ripping other people off whenever they can.
What Im saying is you don't need to lower the price, you need to change it back to original and give a us a single damn notice about the price change, after that you can change it to whatever you feel like, and I will be okay with it! Otherwise you just lost a potential customer.

I took my time to make an account just to vote and tell my side of story. jarvin said spot on, I have many packs in wishlist, and also want compare new and old, but old now to expensive I dont understand, I want change to normal price and then I will buy all...

Chris, if you just do a short sale to have the assets that were cheaper before back to that price then there are quite a few o****s that will buy it.
The pricing of the newer packs will then be a separate discussion and after the sale you can bring the price up to what you want.

We only deliver the best.Funny, because last time I checked people were speedhacking, duplicating items, using skills without cooldown, buying items from vendors without any checks, causing server DoS's and many more exploits that I don't even wanna talk about in the online game you guys released represented by your avatar. If you are looking for low quality custom work, please do get that. The symptoms I described above should define 'low quality custom work' so why are you trying to differentiate yourself? I think you would make a lot more money and have happier customers if you lowered the price significantly. Your models are good, but frankly, there is stuff of the same quality that it is half the price. Your models seem to be about $30 or 40$ bucks each, while most high quality models are $20 each if you buy them individually or $10 to $15 in the packs. I would like to buy your models, but I have a limited budget and I can get a lot more models if I go with a company like PROTOFACTOR, and I'm sure plenty of other customers have thought the same thing.
